This notice covers information submitted through Spur’s early-access notification form and optional research survey.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Any optional answers you provide about your organisation, its workflows, and the problems you want Spur to address.
• Whether you are open to a short research conversation.

How we use it

We use this information to send occasional Spur research and early-access updates, choose which pathways to build first, and contact people who volunteer for a research conversation. We do not sell this information or use it for client case work.

Please don’t submit client information

Do not include client names, contact details, health information, or case notes. Survey answers should describe your organisation and workflow in general terms.

Storage and retention

Marketing contact information is kept separately from Spur’s synthetic pilot journey data. We retain it while the early-access programme is active or until you ask us to remove it, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of future messages, by emailing hello@spur.fyi.

Service provider

Spur uses Cloudflare to host the website and store form submissions. Cloudflare processes that information as a service provider.
