This notice covers information submitted through Spur’s mapping-session request and optional research survey.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Any optional answers you provide about your organisation, its workflows, and the problems you want Spur to address.
• That you requested a short research conversation.

How we use it

We use this information to arrange and prepare for the requested research conversation, choose which bounded staff workflows to examine, and send occasional Spur research or possible future early-access updates. We do not sell this information or use it for client case work.

Please don’t submit client information

Do not include client names, contact details, health information, or case notes. Survey answers should describe your organisation and workflow in general terms.

Storage and retention

Research contact information is kept separately from Spur’s synthetic pilot data. We retain it while research recruitment is active or until you ask us to remove it, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of future messages, by emailing hello@spur.fyi.

Service provider

Spur uses Cloudflare to host the website and store form submissions. Cloudflare processes that information as a service provider.
